I will really never be able to thank Antron enough. Prior to Antron, I would work out 7 days/week for 2+ hours a day killing myself in the gym. But it wasn’t until working with Antron that I FINALLY started to see results (and others did to!). The difference is with Antron’s programming, we TRAIN. Antron is a phenomenal coach. The adult programs he writes are intense, but you always come out feeling better and becoming a better version of yourself. Antron doesn’t just coach. “After trialing for 30 days, my honest thoughts are positive.
