I will really never be able to thank Antron enough. Prior to Antron, I would work out 7 days/week for 2+ hours a day killing myself in the gym. But it wasn’t until working with Antron that I FINALLY started to see results (and others did to!). The difference is with Antron’s programming, we TRAIN. We not only work hard and push ourselves continually, but he teaches us HOW to properly train, how to properly execute movement patterns, why we do so and how that translates to real life. I am not only stronger than I have ever been in my life, but my body comp has completely changed. My mobility has also drastically benefited as well, and though lifting heavier than ever, I also feel better than ever.

After having spine surgery in 2020, I was told to never put a barbell on my back again. When I was training on my own, I avoided any sort of back squats. Even avoiding putting any sort of weight on my back; I still experienced back pain consistently, especially when sleeping. After working with Antron’s he taught me

HOW to box squat and his programming in general incorporated movement patterns that translate to the box squat and built up the core strength necessary to do so. I started with 5’s on both side of the bar. I am now box squatting up to 305 lbs and what’s even more encouraging, is I now experience zero back pain….

I am not one to openly talk about things or endorse different things, but I genuinely look for opportunities to talk to and tell people about Antron and his programming because he has truly changed my life. He has more confidence in me than I have in myself, and that has helped me so much both in the gym and in life with building my self-confidence. He has done more for me both in the weight room and in life than he will ever know or take credit for; but I am forever grateful to have found him!!!!

I’ve been going to Antron’s Adult Elite Performance Lift Session class for more than 4 years now. I’m in my mid 40’s. I’ve lifted weights most of my life. Antron is a phenomenal coach. The adult programs he writes are intense, but you always come out feeling better and becoming a better version of yourself.

Antron doesn’t just coach. He’s also a mentor. He doesn’t just read off the board, but explains and demonstrates each movement. And explains how every movement goes together.

Even though I want to kick him in his shins most days, haha he’s still the best training coach I’ve had.

Coach Antron: “After trialing for 30 days, my honest thoughts are positive. For the last 6 months, I’ve struggled with incorporating new workout patterns and I’ve been hitting the same muscles without seeing improvements. Your workouts have provided me to be more consistent and notice changes physically that I haven’t seen in months.”

If I had any feedback, I would like more routines with the weight % on what I should be lifting. That gives me a better idea on how much weight to add. I think that I also enjoy a lot of diversity with workouts—even though I’m limited with Planet Fitness.
